Our Pre-Styled pieces are typically processed and shipped the next working day if the order is placed before 5pm. While our Custom Creations will be shipped the next working day from your approval.

All wigs are shipped within the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery and Facial pieces are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for. All shipping costs are included in the price for UK customers. 

 

INTERNATIONAL

We also ship to most countries worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service (3-5 business days depending on location). There is an extra fee added at checkout.

We package our wigs with care and on a polystyrene head to preserve the hairstyle during transit. Given the nature of the product and for hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns. If, for some reason, your Custom Creation hair gets damaged during the shipping process, please contact us ASAP via email at info@florenciaswigs.co.uk so that we can work with you to correct the problem.
