• Ready-to-Ship items are dispatched the next working day after purchase.

• Made-to-Order items have a turnaround time of approximately 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase.

• Commissioned pieces are shipped the day after you approve the final images we share with you.

We take great care in packaging our wigs to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each wig is carefully cushioned on a cloud of bubble wrap to preserve the hairstyle during transit. A complimentary wig cap is also included with every order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so we can both monitor its progress. If you encounter any issues, delays or if your item gets damaged during the shipping process, please contact us ASAP via email at info@florenciaswigs.co.uk so that we can work with you to correct the problem.

All wigs are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day) to ensure fast and secure delivery. Shipping costs are included in the price for all UK customers.

 

For Facial hair and smaller items there is the choice to send them using Royal Mail Tracked 48hs or Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day). Shipping calculated at checkout

INTERNATIONAL

We ship to most countries worldwide using two trusted services:

• Royal Mail International Tracked
  Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days, though it may take up to 15 days in some regions.

• DHL Express (where available)
  Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days. This option will appear at checkout if available in your location.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to the final price.

To ensure you're completely satisfied with your order, we provide clear photos—and a video upon request—for your approval before dispatch.
