Do you do Re-Styles?

Besides our Commissions (https://www.florenciaswigs.co.uk/custom-creations)we also provide a Re-Style service for our UK customers. It's not always available so please check first.

Re-Styles - £125 (P&P included within the UK)
Wigs are not disposable, they can be re-styled a few times depending on how you treated them and the haircut they’ve been given. 
A Re-Style service includes a brush out of current style, wash, lace clean, roller set and finally a re dress into the original or similar style. 
(This is not a Commission service, those start at £165 and we always use brand new hair for them).

Are your wigs made of synthetic or human hair?

All our wigs are made out of synthetic, heat resistant hair.

What is the completion time for a Commission?

Accepted Answer

We like to take extra time and care to make sure the style you ordered is absolutely perfect. For this reason, completion timelines are agreed on an individual basis. Typically, our turnaround time is a minimum of four weeks.

What is the estimated time of delivery for a Commission?

Accepted Answer

Once the order is completed and you are satisfied with the photos we have shown you of the final product, we will ship the following day via Royal Mail special delivery next day for UK orders and Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL for international orders. Question 5

How do I pay for a Commission? Do you provide installments?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do. Once your order is accepted, a 50% deposit is required before we begin work on your wig. The remaining balance will be due upon completion and prior to shipping.
We’ll share photos of the finished piece for your approval. Once you're happy with the result, we’ll request the final payment before dispatch. Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.

Can you customize hairlines? Add a streak of colour?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can! We offer custom hairline work using a meticulous hand-knotting technique, where individual hairs are added one by one with a knotting hook. This allows us to reshape the hairline, add a streak of colour, or even create features like sideburns to suit your vision.
